RULES

Rules are enforced according to the National Federation High School Rule Book and USA Hockey.

1. Games will consist of three, 17 minute run-time periods.
2. There is a 4 game guarantee for all teams.
3. Team age bracket categories are based on the average age of the team on November 19, 2010 and each player MUST BE at least 21years old. The women's division has no age bracket requirement other than each player must be at least 21 years old.
4. This is a no checking /no slap shot tournament - referee's judgment is final.
5. 3 penalties to a player in a game results in an automatic game misconduct.
6. NO Fighting - those involved in fighting are disqualified from the game.
7. A game disqualification is the current game plus the next game.
8. Any player under a disqualification caught playing results in
   a forfeit for his/her team for that game.
9. Minor penalties are 3 minutes running time.
10. Major penalties are 6 minutes running time.
11. Any players or bench personnel receiving two
    game disqualifications will eliminated for the
    remainder of the tournament.
12. Refree's judgements are always final.
13. Zero tolerance will be enforced all weekend.
